Attention Boy Scout Leaders The Boy
Scout Summer Camp Leaders' meeting is set for Thursday, May 22 at
the Geneva American Legion located on Route 14 south of the city of
Geneva. You're invited to an Open House of the New Science & Technology Building that has replaced Hovey Lodge at Camp Babcock-Hovey. Festivities will be Saturday, May 24th from 10 am - 2 pm. This new
building is the new home of Sci-Tek Quest

are in order for Frank Capozzi upon completing his training as a
Professional Scouter and becoming Finger Lakes Council's newest Senior
District Executive. Best wishes to Frank of Kanandesaga on this new
level of his career. Please
consider adding your name and talents to our resource list. We
will try our best to match you with your talents on Beaver Days and
for projects as they come up. This way, we can use your valuable
skills to build “sweat equity” in our beautiful Camp
Babcock-Hovey, our council, and Scouting! This keeps Scouting
and camping affordable for all The course will be conducted over two weekends: August 22-24, 2008 at Camp Gorton and September 12-14, 2008 at Camp Babcock Hovey. Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, both weekends. The cost for the course is $225, which includes
all food, program materials, and liability insurance. A deposit of
$75.00 must be submitted with this application and is refundable ONLY if there is someone
on the waiting list who can participate. Don't
hesitate........only 48 spots available. Baden Powell, Finger
Lakes, and Five Rivers combining for this ultimate training
experience. The course planned for 2, 3-day weekends at a cost
of $220.00. A $50.00 reservation fee needed with your

Line Up & Cost The
Ganeodiyo (Order of the Arrow) Lodge of the Finger Lakes Council has
completed a three year project in producing a "Where
To Go Guide". A CD has been given to Packs, Troops,
& Crews at the June
Program Kick-Off, additional copies available at the council office. |
