Attention Boy Scout Leaders

The Boy Scout Summer Camp Leaders' meeting is set for Thursday, May 22 at the Geneva American Legion located on Route 14 south of the city of Geneva.
Business Office will open at 5:30 pm to pay camp fees and turn in Merit Badge picks for your boys with the Leaders' Meeting starting at 7 pm

Science & Technology Building at Babcock-Hovey is 
Completed & We are Celebrating

You're invited to an Open House of the New Science & Technology Building that has replaced Hovey Lodge at Camp Babcock-Hovey.  Festivities will be Saturday, May 24th from 10 am - 2 pm.

This new building is the new home of Sci-Tek Quest Camp which will be held
 July 27th - August 1st for boys & girls ages 14 - 20.  For youth ages 16-18, there are a limited number of full scholarships available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Application with deposit required with requested scholarship, deposit refunded at the end of camp.

Powder Horn Training
High Adventure Skills Resource Management Course (details)

The course will be conducted over two weekends: August 22-24, 2008 at Camp Gorton and September 12-14, 2008 at Camp Babcock Hovey. Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, both weekends. 

The cost for the course is $225, which includes all food, program materials, and liability insurance. A deposit of $75.00 must be submitted with this application and is refundable ONLY if there is someone on the waiting list who can participate.

Don't hesitate........only 48 spots available.  Baden Powell, Finger Lakes, and Five Rivers combining for this ultimate training experience.  The course planned for 2, 3-day weekends at a cost of $220.00.  A $50.00 reservation fee needed with your application to hold your spot.  Contact Jeff McKinney or Stephen Hoitt

Heads up!!  Now available on the Document Library the Uniform Insignia Control Guide.  You no longer need to purchase it.

Where to Go Guide

The Ganeodiyo (Order of the Arrow) Lodge of the Finger Lakes Council has completed a three year project in producing a "Where To Go Guide".  A CD has been given to Packs, Troops, & Crews at the June Program Kick-Off, additional copies available at the council office.
