Scout Campfire 2009 Round up all your friends for our brand New, July 11, 2009 Cost: $25.00 It’s like Day Camp in a Day The camp runs from 1:30 pm to Dark, Saturday July 11, 2009. Packs are encouraged to come as a group. This a Cub Scout and Adult Partner event. Dinner will be a Pot Luck Event. Each Pack (or Scout & Adult Partner) is asked to bring a dish to share with the rest of camp. Snacks will be supplied for the Camp Fire. Each scout will receive a patch. Upon registering for camp you will receive an information letter regarding Cub Scout Campfire. Each Cub Scout and adult partner should bring a towel, drink and clothes for the weather. Complete the Cub Scout Campfire registration form and health history and submit to your Pack’s Camp Coordinator. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Scout within the Pack. Camp refunds, exclusive of deposits, will be issued only under the following conditions: 1) *Valid medical reasons, certified by a camp health officer or family physician. 2) Unavoidable family emergency. 3) Required summer school attendance ($25 of Day Camp fees are non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2008)*Sudden illness or hospitalization. Vacation plan changes do not constitute an emergency |
