Scout Adventure Weekend 2008 Cost $60/cub and adult partner (full fee is due by 6/30/08) Crazy Cavemen of Hovey Do you want to enjoy a crazy weekend in Prehistoric times with all of the
fun and excitement that it has to offer? Watch
out for the dinosaurs! This is a great introduction to Finger Lakes Council’s own Camp Babcock Hovey and the wonderful programs offered each summer. All the excitement can be experienced at Cub Adventure Weekend. Activities will include archery swimming, fishing and much more. Tents and food will be provided. Scouts and their adult partner should bring clothing, personal hygiene items, sleeping bag or blankets, swimsuit, towel and a water bottle. Please dress appropriately for the weather… including rain. And don’t forget your imagination to make this experience a most memorable time at our historic Scout camp. Complete the Cub Adventure Weekend registration form plus the Health History form on the back and submit to your Packs Camp Coordinator. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Scout within the Pack. Camp refunds, exclusive of deposits, will be issued only under the following conditions: 1) *Valid medical reasons, certified by a camp health officer or family physician. 2) Unavoidable family emergency. 3) Required summer school attendance ($25 of Day Camp fees are non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2008)*Sudden illness or hospitalization. Vacation plan changes do not constitute an emergency |
